next meeting - Monday 8 March 2010, SIHR Edinburgh from 7.30pm. The papers to be discussed then are: ‘On Being Supervised and Supervision’ and ‘SUPERVISION and the Analytic Superego’. Both papers are from Psychoanalytic Approaches to Supervision, edited by Robert Lane , 1990.

Within the Scottish Institute and beyond, as elsewhere, there are people who have meant much to us and who have made a difference.
Remembering: Jock Sutherland - the founder of SIHR. One of his hopes was that non-reductive psychodynamic understanding would be brought to a wider professional and public audience. The work of SIHR is tribute to that.
