ROOM HIRE CHARGES at SIHR Edinburgh
2009 - 2010

Room hire is available from 9 am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Weekends or evenings are subject to negotiation.

Board / Meeting room	1st floor	10 boardroom 15 in a circle 20 theatre style	£45.00	£80.00
There is 1 smaller meeting/breakout room available on request.

Please note: all charges exclude VAT, and are reviewed annually.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

For loan subject to availability: Portable screen and Overhead Projector Flipchart, pads and pens

For hire: TV, Video player and DVD player £30 half day, £60 full day

CATERING ARRANGEMENTS
Self-service refreshments are available for your use at £1.85 per head.
A list of local companies who can supply lunch directly can also be supplied.
